Penjelasan

Named after physicist James Prescott Joule. Lifting a 100 g apple by 1 meter requires approximately 1 joule of energy. A food calorie (kcal) equals 4,184 joules; a AA battery stores about 9,000 J; an average human daily caloric intake of 2,000 kcal equals roughly 8.4 million joules.
